Policy Research & Analysis
The Institute's work is grounded in the conviction that decisions built on evidence endure where those built on impression falter. From this conviction stems our Research and Policy Analysis service, through which the Institute produces in-depth, independent studies that begin from a specific policy question facing the various economic sectors. Each study breaks the question down into its structural determinants and its interactions with other influencing factors, arriving at applicable conclusions and cost- and impact-weighted options placed in the decision-maker's hands as a working tool — not a document to be shelved. What distinguishes the Institute's output is that it connects diagnosis to solution and knowledge to action: it does not stop at describing the problem but traces it to its roots, anticipates its trajectories, and identifies the most viable points of intervention. Throughout this work, the Institute gives particular attention to the agri-food sector, given its impact on national security and economic stability, supported by a team that combines sectoral expertise with methodological rigor, and committed to independence of judgment, analytical precision, and transparency of sourcing — every pivotal figure is documented to its source, every interpretation is distinguished from bare fact, and every assumption is declared as such.
