Serves as the Director-General of the Institute for Sustainable Development and Innovation. An agritech innovator and policy researcher based in Jordan, he concurrently leads Alwer Farms and founded Mozari3.com. His background in renewable energy engineering from the German Jordanian University shapes his systemic approach to institutional leadership, enabling him to bridge technical science with macro-level policy and investment frameworks. Driven by data-centric solutions that align with the Institute’s mission, he has served as a data expert for multiple local and international non-governmental organizations, specializing in translating complex datasets into scalable regulatory insights. His institutional expertise is recognized at the national level through his appointment to Jordan’s Plant Health Committee, alongside active memberships in several prominent regional and national agricultural organizations. Through these regulatory appointments, he contributes directly to designing the evidence-based frameworks needed to optimize food security and guide strategic investments toward solutions that work. In addition to his technical and regulatory work, he is deeply engaged in civic development and public administration reform. He was a drafting member of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security, and frequently serves as a strategic facilitator for cross-party political dialogue in Jordan, steering collaborative discussions between political groups to build consensus around national issues. By combining hands-on technical validation, with high-level policy advocacy, his leadership drives the Institute’s vision of a modern Jordan where public policy and investment are inherently shaped by rigorous evidence.
